Hello everyone, my name is Jake Benton. I'm 22 years old and I love to run. It has been my dream to qualify for the Olympic Trials since I was a freshman in high school. The first video is a fartlek (a type of workout where you press hard for a certain time period and then rest for a certain time period) with dozens of runners. The second video shows a track workout on the famous Kamariny track. The third video shows an overview of Iten, another training compound, and some famous athletes who visit there.
